Ingredients (9 Servings):
70g of oat flour
1 can (400g) of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
70g cup cashews (take out cup)
180ml almond milk
4 tablespoon of maple syrup
3 tablespoon of cacao powder
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
¼ tablespoon of cardamom
¼ tablespoon of salt
½ tablespoon of baking soda
2 tablespoon of coconut oil, melted
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
Sea salt flakes (for topping)
1 tablespoon of Shilajit, steeped in a splash of hot water
Instructions:
1. Preheat and Prepare:
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Line a baking tin with parchment paper.
2. Blend and Mix:
In a food processor, blend the cashews and chickpeas until smooth.
In a mixing bowl, combine the blended cashew and chickpea mixture with almond milk, maple syrup, cacao powder, cinnamon, cardamom, salt, baking soda, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
3. Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients:
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until well combined. This will form a thick, rich batter.
4. Shilajit Infusion:
In a small bowl, steep 1 tablespoon of shilajit in a splash of hot water. Stir until the shilajit dissolves. Add this shilajit mixture to the brownie batter and mix thoroughly.
5. Baking:
Pour the batter into the lined baking tin, spreading it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Allow the brownies to cool in the tin for a bit before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

If cut into 9 squares, each brownie will contain approximately 100-150mg of Shilajit.
